- Contact Information: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
- Business Tax Credentials: Company Name and 15-digit GSTIN (for B2B invoicing).
- Verification Telemetry: IP Address, Browser User-Agent, and Order Number verification to prevent unauthorized account access.
2. 256-Bit SSL Encrypted Payment Security
DatabasePro does NOT store, process, or record sensitive financial credentials such as credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank passwords on our servers. All payments are encrypted end-to-end and processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment partners (Razorpay).
3. Session Security & Inactivity Timeout Controls
To protect your account and purchased download tokens on public devices:
- Automated 5-Minute Timeout: Customer Portal sessions automatically expire after 5 minutes of inactivity.
- Math CAPTCHA Anti-Bot Guard: Portal logins require solving a dynamic math CAPTCHA to verify human presence.
4. Download Telemetry & Access Controls
We monitor download click telemetry for security and anti-link sharing enforcement. Download counts are logged per customer to protect proprietary dataset files against unauthorized distribution.
5. Data Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Your personal data is strictly confidential. We do not sell, trade, rent, or share customer personal information with external advertisers or third parties.
